Any duly registered sole proprietorship, partnership, corporation, or joint venture intending to engage in contracting in the Philippines may file an application for a PCAB Contractor's License.

New Application, Renewal, Upgrade/Additional Classification, Change of AMO, and Change of Business Name/Status — available for Regular, Special, Pakyaw licenses and Certificate of Exemption.

An orientation seminar for Authorized Managing Officers covering the licensing rules, responsibilities, and the online application process.

The nominated Authorized Managing Officer (AMO) of the contractor-applicant must attend.

The seminar is conducted by PCAB-designated officers and resource persons.

AMO seminars are conducted on a regular (typically monthly) schedule at the PCAB office and through online sessions. Schedules are posted on the portal.

Results are typically released within a few working days after the examination and posted to your portal account.

The examination is administered after the seminar, on the scheduled date communicated via your registered email, at the PCAB testing venue or online.

The interview is scheduled after passing the examination and is conducted at the PCAB office or via video conference.
