DATA PRIVACY POLICY

PCAB is a government agency attached to the Department of Trade and Industry and is one of the implementing Boards in the Construction Industry Authority of the Philippines (CIAP).

The Information That We Processes

During registration, we require that you sign up using your email address and create a user login credential on the portal. Upon your successful registration, you will be required to fill out the necessary forms for the processing of the renewal of your PCAB Contractor’s License. Likewise, you will also be asked to upload the soft copy of the following documentary requirements:

  • Renewal Affidavit;
  • The Professional Regulatory Commission Identification Card/s of your Sustaining Technical Employees (STE), if any;
  • Audited Financial Statement; and
  • Auditor’s Affidavit

The Purpose of Our Processing

The information you submitted is processed solely for the purpose of renewing your PCAB Contractor’s License pursuant to Republic Act No. 4566 and its Implementing Rules and Regulations.

The Basis of Processing

The personal data collected is being processed and handled pursuant to Sections 12(a), 12(b) and 13(d) of the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173).

Scope and Method of Processing

The processing is done using system applications and tools made available to the PCAB Employees/evaluators through the PCAB portal. No other processing is done to the data that you provide online.

Recipients of Personal Data

Only the employees of PCAB duly designated to perform the evaluation of your renewal application have access to all the pertinent data that you provide during registration. All information provided will be retained in the system until we receive your notification requesting for the cancelation of your Contractor’s License. No personal information and/or sensitive personal information shall be shared with other parties except under proper legal process.
