ARCC New Registration
For Government Infrastructure Projects
Overview
ARCC stands for Authority to Register for Government Infrastructure Projects. This registration is required for PCAB-licensed contractors intending to participate in public construction biddings. Only contractors with at least 60% Filipino equity and a valid Regular Contractor's License can apply.
Steps to Apply
Step 1: Prepare Requirements
- Active PCAB Online Licensing Portal Account
- Valid Regular Contractor's License reflected on your account
- Digital forms for ARCC New Registration completed
- Reference: PCAB Categorization & Classification Table (PCAB-QMS-REF-001)
Step 2: Log in to PCAB Online Licensing Portal
- Visit www.pcab.construction.gov.ph or www.pcabgovph.com
- Use your existing account (Do NOT create a new one)
- If you lost access, email pcab@construction.gov.ph with a request letter, contractor's license copy, and valid ID
Step 3: Accomplish Digital Forms
- Go to ARCC → New Registration for Government Infrastructure Projects
- Choose either: Copy Form from previous submission, or New Application
- Fill out Contractor's General Information: firm details, licensing history, category & classifications, project kinds and size range, officer & stockholder info
- Submit the form
Step 4: Payment of Application Fees
- On the Payment Page of your application, review your Order Summary.
- Choose your preferred payment method: Visa (Credit/Debit), GCash, or Maya.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to complete payment using your selected method.
- Once payment is successful, a system-generated confirmation receipt appears on your screen and a copy is sent to your registered email.
- Click Pay to complete the transaction.
